Adrian Cuebas Named Director of Operations
The Ciphers are thrilled to welcome Adrian Cuebas as the team’s new Director of Operations. A distinguished leader in sports management, Cuebas has consistently set the standard for excellence in athlete branding, sponsorships, and event activation across multiple sports sectors.
Cuebas’ career began in youth sports facility management, where he developed expertise in operations, infrastructure, and community engagement. His exceptional skill set led him to high-profile roles in sponsorships and event management, including collaborations with NFL and MLS athletes. Known for elevating fan engagement and producing high-caliber events, Cuebas’ adaptability and strategic vision make him an invaluable asset to the Ciphers.

Ian Robinson Named Director of Partnerships
Ian Robinson, a New Jersey native with a lifelong passion for sports, joins the Ciphers as Director of Partnerships. Originally from Plainfield, NJ, and a graduate of South Plainfield High School (2004), Robinson excelled as a multi-sport athlete, playing football and basketball. He continued his athletic and academic journey at Western Nebraska Junior College and Webber International University (FL), where he studied Sports Management and played college basketball.
Robinson’s professional background includes key roles in Game Day Operations with the New York Jets and Ticket Sales with Rutgers University. His blend of operational expertise and community engagement experience will be instrumental in building strong partnerships and fostering meaningful connections with fans and sponsors.
Dan Orlando Joins as Partnerships Consultant
Morris County native Dan Orlando brings his expertise in sales, business development, and sports media to the Ciphers as a Partnerships Consultant. As the owner of a successful business development firm, Orlando has a proven track record of creating innovative solutions and driving successful partnerships.
A former sportswriter and credentialed NFL reporter, Orlando offers a unique perspective on the intersection of sports and business. “I am thrilled to join the New Jersey Ciphers and contribute to bringing professional arena football to the community I grew up in,” said Orlando. “This is an exciting opportunity to combine my background in sales and sports to help build meaningful partnerships that support the team’s vision.”
